Who We Are

Yellowjacket Homes was started to provide the discriminating homeowner in the Suncadia area to be given a quality, custom home construction experience. One that they understand, they feel a part of the entire process, and it provides them a quality life experience through the project. We accomplish this by building a limited number of projects a year. It is more important for us to provide a world-class service level then it is to become a conveyor belt builder.

When you look up the word quality in the dictionary, one definition states: "the standard of something as measured against other things of a similar kind: the degree of excellence of something". This is what we strive to achieve with every project we take on. Top Quality is sometimes unobtainable in the construction process but that is our goal. We try and tackle projects and treat them like it’s our own house/property that were working on. Taking pride in all aspects of this and knowing if not done to our expectations, it won’t be acceptable to us and thus our clients.

We only use the highest quality materials and flawless construction. This is quality that comes from passion, care, and attention to detail. A quality that defines the difference between a good builder and a great builder. It shows in our craftsmanship.
